A place to call HOME
Welcome to Birkagatan 23

Meet the Founders
We started HOME in Yoga to create a space where you can land, breathe, and feel at home—just as you are.
Our classes range from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative to Mamma-Baby and Kids & Teens Yoga. We also offer deeply nurturing group practices like Reiki, Breathwork, and Sound Healing.
With a team of compassionate teachers and holistic therapists, we’ve created a place where movement, stillness, and healing live side by side. From counseling and massage to naprapathy and energy work, everything we offer supports your whole self.
We believe in community, care, and the power of being seen. No matter where you are on your journey, you have a place here—with us.
Welcome HOME.
Jenny & Petra
Teachers
Petra Wireklint
Petra has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is a certified yoga teacher. In addition, she holds a teaching certification in psychology, physical education, and health, and has worked in the school system for over 15 years. Alongside this, she has been dedicated to promoting adult health through yoga and fitness retreats, gyms, and wellness programs. Her education and experience have given her the ability to meet and guide both children and adults on the yoga mat.
Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, each with their own unique needs. No one is exactly like another, and every person is truly one of a kind—both on the inside and out. It is incredible to think that there is no one else quite like you! We are all special in our own way, and for that reason, we should never compare ourselves to others, whether on the yoga mat or in everyday life.
Petra places great emphasis on recognizing each individual's needs and abilities. Her yoga practice takes place in a safe and non-judgmental environment where everyone feels welcome!
